Setu means “bridge”. We're a UK-based agency bridging South Asian students and families with the right UK university, and staying with them long after they arrive. We can't out-spend the big agencies. We win on the things they structurally won't do: honesty, fit, and aftercare.সেতু মানে “ব্রিজ” বা সংযোগ। আমরা যুক্তরাজ্যভিত্তিক একটি এজেন্সি, যা দক্ষিণ এশীয় শিক্ষার্থী ও পরিবারকে সঠিক যুক্তরাজ্যের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত করে, আর তারা পৌঁছানোর অনেক পরেও পাশে থাকে। বড় এজেন্সিগুলোর চেয়ে বেশি খরচ আমরা করতে পারি না। আমরা জিতি সেই কাজগুলোয় যা তারা গঠনগতভাবেই করবে না: সততা, মানানসইতা, আর পরবর্তী যত্ন।
Why we startedকেন আমরা শুরু করেছি
Every family in our community knows the stories: the cousin sent to the wrong university because it paid the agent the most; the “service fee” that vanished; the fake offer letter; the student who landed at the airport and was never heard from again. We built Setu to be the opposite of that. Our founder is part of the British-Bangladeshi community, close enough that families can ask around and find someone who'll vouch for us. That trust is something a distant call-centre or a city-centre shopfront simply can't copy, and it comes with a responsibility we take seriously: in tight-knit communities, one bad case spreads fast, so we protect our reputation ruthlessly by doing the right thing every time.আমরা সেতু গড়েছি ঠিক তার উল্টোটা হতে। আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ব্রিটিশ-বাংলাদেশি কমিউনিটিরই একজন, এতটাই কাছের যে পরিবারগুলো খোঁজ নিয়ে এমন কাউকে পাবে যে আমাদের হয়ে সাক্ষ্য দেবে। সেই আস্থা দূরের কোনো কল-সেন্টার বা শহরের দোকান কখনও নকল করতে পারে না, আর তার সঙ্গে আসে এমন দায়িত্ব যা আমরা গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে নিই: ঘনিষ্ঠ কমিউনিটিতে একটি খারাপ ঘটনা দ্রুত ছড়ায়, তাই প্রতিবার সঠিক কাজ করে আমরা আমাদের সুনাম কঠোরভাবে রক্ষা করি।

The product isn't the application form. The product is trust, honest advice, a clean and transparent process, and someone who's still there after the student lands. - Transparency as a rule. The placement is free and the university pays us; any optional extra is priced upfront, and your university money always goes straight to the university.
